El grupo de investigación de La dimensión afectiva en el aprendizaje del inglés de la Universidad de Huelva trabaja actualmente en las siguientes áreas de conocimiento:
- Estudio de factores afectivos que inciden en el proceso de adquisición del inglés como lengua extranjera: educación de la competencia emocional, inteligencias múltiples, las imágenes mentales, la estimulación sonoromusical en la escritura, género y educación.
The research group ReALL (Research for Affective Language Learning) is about to celebrate its twentieth anniversary. First, Jane Arnold, as main coordinator, and then, Carmen Fonseca, have led a team of researchers from several universities of southern Spain to conduct studies about how affective teaching influences language learning.

Symposium: Music and cognition in language learning
HUELVA, SPAIN. NOVEMBER 6th-7th, 2014.
The research group REALL (Research in Affective Language Learning) and the University of Huelva are hosting the Symposium Music and cognition in language learning, to be held in Huelva, on the coast of Southern Spain, November the 6th and 7th 2014. It aims to gather international specialists in the field to generate debate and discussion.
